Longtime, set to open in July 2024, is the highly anticipated new Asian-inspired dining gem from the Milk & Madu Group. Chef Tyler Preston, renowned for his work at iconic venues like Chin Chin and Bang Bang Byron Bay, is at the helm of crafting Longtime’s menu.
“Since moving to Bali, I’ve been overwhelmed by the quality of venues and YUKI is definitely a favourite of mine. The produce is fresh, local and sustainable and I look forward to joining Chef Yudha in the kitchen for this one-off event while sharing a teaser for what we have planned at Longtime” says Chef Tyler Preston.
