Easter in Bali -Bunnies, bubbles and bonnets.
Who can hold back when there is chocolate involved? Easter in Bali is one of the most important events on the Christian calendar, it is also a time when families gather, children are spoiled and we all share a little love.
Here are our favourite picks for Easter.
Ku De Ta.

Alila’s Sunday graze gets a special injection of fun and chocolate this Sunday. The favourites keep coming including the eggs benedict station, noodle pulling and classic Asian dishes, complimented by special Easter desserts and chocolate. The kids will be busy with special entertainment including egg hunting, egg painting, a magician and of course the cool, blue pool. Bring your bathing suits and stay for sunset cocktails by the pool.
The whole family gets involved at Canggu Club and there’s always room to move. With their new renovations and lots of new menu items, any time is a great time to visit. Easter is special though and Sunday brunch includes a welcome mocktail, a visit from the Easter Bunny, an egg hunt, live music and family entertainment all day. If that isn’t enough, there’s the pool, the spa, Bounce, Strike bowling and the Cubby House for the little ones.

A great way to beat the heat is to choose an air-conditioned venue with great street views and fabulous food. At Frestro, they take an artisanal approach to the menu where everything is made in-house and local is best. Sourdough pizza bases bubble with gourmet toppings, home-made pasta is divinely dressed, healthy eaters will revel in fresh salads and fabulous mains. The front bar is surrounded by tables overlooking the street, or diners can opt for the airy dining room or a seat around the kitchen to watch the chefs create. For Easter they are laying out a family brunch from 11am – 2pm offering a farm to table lunch featuring 12 courses with complimentary non-alcoholic drinks included. Step up to the bar to try some of their famous alcoholic cocktails.
