Coastal Brunch at Sea Salt

The sound of the sea, freshly chucked oysters, buckets of prawns and a salty aspect are all part of the experience at Sea Salt, and enjoying their brunch offers a chance to enjoy all of the above in spades.ย

Finding their unique niche atย Alilaย Seminyakโ€™sย Sea Salt Restaurant has taken aย little time, but found it they have. Theย absolute beachfront location has gone aย long way to inspiring a menu that focuses onย flavoursย from the sea and lingers with Japanese elements.ย ย

Overlooking the rolling waves ofย Seminyakย Beach, the aspect is all encompassing, romantic, adventurous and free, and the adjoining Beach bar is a hot ticket for both guests and visitors. Sea Salt re-launched their concept restaurant earlier this year and both the interiors and the menu have been a great success for the stylish resort.ย ย

Any time is a good time to visit Sea Salt, open from breakfast till late.ย  Brunch offers a chance to peruse the entire menu at your leisure. Open from 12 till 4pm, this is a grazing menu that is worthy of time.ย ย

The coastal brunch is priced to please at Rp485k++ and includes a welcome drink of bubbles or a juice depending on your preference.ย A live station on the verandah is set up to create eggs benedict and Sunday breakfastย favourites. House cured salmon is also displayed and freshly sliced to order at the station.ย ย

The cured salmon is highly recommended alongside the freshly chucked oysters and buckets of fresh prawns that are delivered to the table. Eating as many as you like is a definite bonus.ย Ours were delivered by the Chef Vivian, who had disguised himself as a fisherman for the day. Heโ€™s absolutely enjoying the new restaurant and the menu, which finally makes a lot of sense for this location.
