Or opt for steaming spiny lobster bisque with lemongrass, medallions of lobster tail, seafood dumpling, Avruga pearls and lemon oil. Seafood chilled and grilled is a favourite on this menu – try one or share the experience! The cold experience includes a selection of sashimi with Tasmanian salmon, yellow fin tuna, fresh oysters and chilled poached blue sea prawns with soy citrus dip, wasabi and pickled ginger, the hot experience offers grilled Bali lobster, miso marinated butter fish, squid satays and king prawn tempura. From the grill, meat-eaters can choose from a fabulous array of mains including the finest Australian lamb or melting Wagyu beef.

The restaurant’s name, which translates as white wood from Indonesian, is reflected in the décor: a profusion of sparkling white linen and natural wood.
