Known for their no-fuss approach to bold, produce-driven cooking, Whyte’s has made waves in East London, turning out plates that are equal parts refined and rebellious. Now, they’re bringing that same energy to Bali, teaming up with the team behind Mosto, known for funky dishes, natural wine and pushing boundaries. Whyte Rushen, a London-born chef previously of Brat, Skully St James, and Kerridge’s, became the king of the 2021 pop-up scene, carving out a culinary path via Instagram and spearheading an underground movement.

On May 23rd at 6 PM, Mostly Restaurant & Bar in Pererenan will present the 8 Hands Series, a collaborative dining event in partnership with Uma Garden and supported by Tavolo Group and Tanau. The evening will bring together five chefs—Boy Putra, Ade Supartika, Brigette Ibrahim, Nathan Bratadjaja, and Daniele Taddeo—each contributing a signature dish inspired by their culinary roots. This immersive tasting experience is designed to showcase diverse cooking styles and cultural stories, offering a journey through global flavors in one shared menu.
