On Friday, May 17th, renowned chef Lorenzo De Petris of Mosto Bali will be collaborating with Shelter’s own Chef Stephen Moore for an unforgettable evening of culinary delights.

Chef De Petris brings with him a wealth of experience, having honed his skills in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens, including Michelin-starred Le Gavroche and The Waterside Inn in England, and Sicily’s Duomo. This collaborative menu promises to be a unique fusion of Chef De Petris’ Italian heritage and Shelter’s signature style.

The specially curated sharing menu will tantalize your taste buds with dishes like wood-roasted Rotolo with collard greens, scamorza, and sage furikake. The highlight of the evening is sure to be the slow-roasted lamb leg cooked over coals, served with a flavorful green sauce and tahini.
