Karma Reef introduce Conscious DJ, Vanessa Holliday for an epic three day yoga and sound bath event at Karma Reef’s island spa. Combining sounds that are intuitive and luminous – a blend of chanting with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Native American Flute, Gongs and Drums, this special 3-day event is aimed at healing and transformation.
Each day begins with a 7am sunrise awakening Ocean Yoga Flow with views towards Rinjani mountains. Every evening around sunset (5pm) a Yin Yoga + Sound Sonic Alchemy session will end the day.
Vanessa’s yoga classes are deeply nourishing and replenishing promoting a profound sense of peace and wellbeing.
