With more than 10 years experience in the world of pastry kitchens, Vincent joined The St. Regis Bali Resort as Pastry Chef in 2008. Born in France, he graduated from College Emile Guillaumin, and also attended professional training in Boulanger and Patisserie. This laid a strong foundation for him to develop his talent in his creativity and his dessert specialties. Vincent excels in special occasions, from elaborate wedding creations to Easter treats, traditional Christmas cakes and cookies, birthday cakes and beautiful chocolates for valentines.
