Ling Ling’s rocketed to number one on Trip Advisor within its first two weeks of opening and continues to seduce with its Asian fusion menu, lively cocktail bar and animated interiors, brought to us by team behind Seminyak’s sensational Sushimi. A favourite with the in-crowd, the menu is the perfect fit for partygoers and includes a host of Japanese, Korean and Mod-Asian favourites, including Korean tacos, fried chicken, a range of flavourful skewered selections and baos with a variety of fillings ready to wrap and run. Grilled, fried and wrapped the menu focuses on food that’s easy to eat and easy to share. A large open deck at the front leads into animated interiors where Astro Boy meets Dragon Ball Z in an industrial mélange of steel, lights and fanciful graffiti. A long bar is home to creative cocktails including their famous watermelon slushies, pineapple coladas and espresso martinis. An entertaining space out the back is the scene of lively parties and events, lined with astro turf and a giant cigarette box which houses the DJ. Ling Ling’s is among Bali’s most instagram-worthy destinations for dining, drinks and hanging out.
