The main menu is divided into “Locally Inspired” and “Western Flavours”. Chef James has also added a section “From The Grill” for those craving comfort food like New Zealand Beef Tenderloin with Mozaic’s signature green pepper corn sauce and Entrecote of Australian Beef Rib ‘Cote de Boef’ big enough for two to share.
